• Uploaded Content: Photos submitted for storage. You confirm that you own or have rights to use any content you upload. These face pictures are stored on Supabase solely for retrieval if you delete and redownload the App.
• Subscription Details: Payment information is processed solely by RevenueCat via the Apple App Store (we do not store payment data).

1.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Information such as device type, operating system, IP address, access dates/times, and interaction logs. This data is collected only after obtaining your explicit consent.
• Facial Data: We automatically collect data derived from your uploaded images and store it on our third party database service: Supabase. Facial Data is retained for up to 48 hours after account deletion. In addition, we employ openAI's visual learning models to proccess information regarding your face. This includes measurements and analysis of your facial structure, eye area, jawline, symmetry, and harmony. This data is exclusively used to provide personalized recommendations, improve our AI analysis models, and tailor product suggestions to your unique features. No additional processing or usage of these images is performed.
• Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. You may control these through your device or browser settings.

1.3 Data from Third Parties

We may receive limited data from third-party service providers (such as analytics providers) strictly for enhancing App functionality. All third-party providers with whom we share data are contractually obligated to offer the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy.

• Providing Services: To store your uploaded face pictures on Supabase for retrieval if you delete and redownload the App.
• Improving the App: To monitor usage and troubleshoot issues.
